CPS offers industry partners year-round opportunities to share relevant information, engage with pharmacy professionals and support the advancement of pharmacy practice throughout the state.
Whether your organization is looking for a convenient virtual program or a more personal, in-person experience, CPS offers multiple sponsorship opportunities designed to create meaningful connections with Colorado’s pharmacy community.

The opportunities below are separate from sponsorships offered as part of CPS conferences and meetings and provide additional ways to connect with the CPS community throughout the year.

CPS Lunch & Learn Webinar Series

Virtual | $1,000 Sponsorship

The CPS Lunch & Learn Webinar Series gives industry partners an opportunity to connect virtually with Colorado pharmacy professionals through a focused educational program.

These non-ACPE accredited webinars provide flexibility for sponsors to sharea professionally relevant topic, subject to final approval by CPS.

Lunch and Learn Programs may be offered up to monthly.

Your $1,000 sponsorship includes:

A live, one-hour virtual webinar hosted through Zoom
Up to 50 minutes of presentation time plus 10 minutes for Q&ASponsor-provided speaker and proposed topic, subject to CPS approval
CPS staff support with webinar setup, introduction and moderation
Sponsor logo recognition in event marketing
Promotion through the CPS website, email, e-newsletter and social media
Opportunity for the sponsor to briefly address attendees before the presentation
Post-event attendee information for registrants who have opted in to information sharing
Recorded session available to registrants following the program

The CPS Lunch & Learn Series is open to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy staff, including both CPS members and non-members.

CPS Dinner Program

In Person | $1,000 Sponsorship

CPS Dinners Programs offer industry partners a more personal opportunity to engage directly with Colorado pharmacy professionals through an in-person educational event.

Sponsors can bring forward a relevant topic and speaker while CPS supports the program through event promotion, attendee communications

Dinner Programs may be offered up to monthly. Check here for availability.

Your $1,000 dinner program sponsorship may include:

Sponsor provided program topic, content and designated speaker(s), subject to CPS review.
Sponsor recognition by CPS or Academy leadership at the event
Sponsor logo and acknowledgment in event marketing and promotional materials
Multimodal promotion through CPS newsletter announcements, email communications, social media and event invitations
Listing of program on the CPS master calendar of events
Opportunity to provide approved literature, handouts or promotional materials to attendees
Attendee information when permitted through registration and applicable privacy requirements
Note: Sponsor is responsible for selecting and planning the venue, topic and speaker. Sponsor is responsible for direct contract and deal with venue.

CPS Legislative Day at the Capitol

In Person | $2750

Each year CPS brings approximately 100 pharmacists, technicians, interns and legislators together at the Colorado State Capitol and Colorado’s Health Capitol for professional advocacy, education and networking, to emphasize pharmacy’s professional priorities.

$2,750 Sponsorship Benefits would include:

Recognition of your sponsorship throughout the Legislative Day through signage and electronic display at reception, as well as acknowledgement by CPS leadership.
Inclusion of up to 2 of your own attendees at the Legislative Day evening reception
Networking with CO’s pharmacy professionals and CO Legislators at the Legislative Day evening reception
Inclusion of your logo in marketing materials (optional)
