CPS Sponsorship Policy

There are multiple ways to sponsor through the Colorado Pharmacists Society. CPS’s biweekly e-newsletter, website sponsorship, or website master calendar, and other miscellaneous sponsorship opportunities.

All sponsorships are subject to CPS Board of Directors or appointed personnel or subcommittee approval. Acceptance of sponsorship does not constitute endorsement, and is subject to space availability. To reserve sponsorship space, a request must be submitted by the indicated due date. Orders must be received before deadline to hold space.   

CPS shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors, which do not lessen the value of the sponsorship. CPS shall, upon notification of any errors, correct the error as quickly as possible to the company’s satisfaction.  

All sponsorships are accepted and published on the representation that the sponsor and/or the sponsoring company are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereon, as confirmed by verbal or written order from the person representing the sponsor and/or sponsoring company. The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold CPS harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands or damages arising out of the sponsoring or on behalf of the sponsor. Such indemnity includes the provision of a defense to any actions or claims and the payment of cost and attorney’s fees in connection therewith.

CPS Website Sponsorship 

The Colorado Pharmacists Society website is the hub for Colorado Pharmacists to learn about member resources, networking and educational events, and advocacy information. Online sponsorship can provide a cost-effective method to expose our members to your company. 

Options include Web Banner sponsorship (prominently displayed on the CPS Homepage), Logo sponsorships (static display at bottom or sides of main webpage), or Rotating Banner sponsorships (a rolling space of sponsors on the main webpage). 

The Master Calendar is housed on the main page of our website, this calendar posts all official CPS events. It can also be used for paid sponsorship events. Paid sponsorship events will be listed as such and will be able to have a short title but linked to more information. Appropriate uses may be other conferences, educational symposiums, etc.

CPS E-Newsletter Sponsorshop 

The Colorado Pharmacists Society provides members a bimonthly e-newsletter. The purpose of the e-newsletter is to share CPS-related events and news, member spotlights, and advocacy updates. The e-newsletter provides a cost-effective and simple method to sponsor your company to our members.
