The 2026 CPS Board Election Results Are In!CPS is pleased to welcome the following new members to the CPS Board of Directors: President-Elect![]() Angelia (Angie) DreherAngelia (Angie) Dreher, RPh, MBA, is a visionary pharmacy leader with more than 30 years of experience dedicated to advancing the profession and elevating patient care. She serves as Director of Pharmacy at Vail Health, leading enterprise‑wide strategy, operations, clinical integration, and transformational initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and financial stewardship. Angie also chairs the Colorado Pharmacists Society Academy of Health‑System Pharmacy, supporting the evolving needs of health‑system practitioners. She will complete her Certified Pharmacy Executive Leader (CPEL) credential in March, further strengthening her executive leadership expertise. Throughout her career, Angie has driven system‑level improvements that enhance medication safety, modernize workflows, and expand pharmacists’ roles in patient care. Her leadership includes sterile compounding modernization, high‑risk medication reduction, interdisciplinary safety protocols, and innovative cost‑savings strategies that advance clinical excellence and organizational sustainability.
Angie is deeply committed to developing people and strengthening the pharmacy workforce. She fosters a culture of recognition, collaboration, and professional growth across inpatient, retail, infusion, and ambulatory teams. Her ability to unite stakeholders — from frontline staff to executive leaders — has positioned pharmacy as a strategic partner within her organization and the broader healthcare community.
As CPS President, Angie aims to champion statewide advocacy, expand professional development, and empower pharmacists and technicians to practice at the top of their license. She is passionate about uniting the profession and elevating pharmacy’s impact on Colorado communities.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys hiking, kayaking, baking, and reading — pursuits that reflect her love of exploration, creativity, and lifelong learning. Angie brings a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and genuine care for people — qualities that represent the future of pharmacy leadership in Colorado.
Member at Large![]() Whitney Osborn
Whitney Osborn currently serves as the Pharmacy Operations Director and a principal at Good Day Pharmacy, a locally owned and operated organization serving communities across Colorado. The team operates fourteen pharmacies throughout the state, including locations in both urban and rural communities. Working across these regions has given her a deep appreciation for the unique challenges and opportunities pharmacists face throughout Colorado—particularly in areas where the pharmacy is often one of the most accessible healthcare resources.
Over the past thirteen years, she has had the privilege of caring for patients throughout Northern Colorado while collaborating closely with pharmacy teams across the state. In her role, she works with pharmacists, technicians, healthcare providers, and community leaders to strengthen pharmacy operations, expand clinical services, and support innovative approaches to patient care in the community setting.
She is passionate about advancing the profession of pharmacy and ensuring pharmacists across all practice settings have a strong and unified voice. Through her work across Colorado, she has seen firsthand the importance of collaboration, sharing ideas, and advocating for the future of the profession. She cares deeply about supporting pharmacists from every region of Colorado—from rural communities to rapidly growing urban centers—and ensuring they are represented. She believes the Colorado Pharmacists Society plays a crucial role in bringing pharmacists together and strengthening pharmacy practice statewide. She remains committed to supporting pharmacists across Colorado and helping ensure the profession continues to grow, innovate, and meet the needs of communities.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two children.
