CPS Advertising Policy

There are multiple ways to advertise through the Colorado Pharmacists Society. CPS’s biweekly e-newsletter, website advertising, or website master calendar, and other miscellaneous sponsorship opportunities.

All advertising is subject to CPS Board of Directors or appointed personnel or subcommittee approval. Acceptance of advertisement does not constitute endorsement, and is subject to space availability. To reserve advertising space, a request must be submitted by the indicated due date. Orders must be received before deadline to hold space.   

CPS shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors, which do not lessen the value of the advertisement. CPS shall, upon notification of any errors, correct the error as quickly as possible to the company’s satisfaction.  

All advertisements are accepted and published on the representation that the advertiser and/or the advertising company are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereon, as confirmed by verbal or written order from the person representing the advertiser and/or advertising company. The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold CPS harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands or damages arising out of the advertising or on behalf of the advertiser. Such indemnity includes the provision of a defense to any actions or claims and the payment of cost and attorney’s fees in connection therewith.

CPS Website Advertising 

The Colorado Pharmacists Society website is the hub for Colorado Pharmacists to learn about member resources, networking and educational events, and advocacy information. Online advertising can provide a cost-effective method to expose our members to your company. 

Options include Banner advertisements (prominently displayed at the top of the CPS Homepage), Logo advertisements (static display at bottom or sides of main webpage), or Rolling advertisements (a rolling space of sponsors on the main webpage). 

The Master Calendar is housed on the main page of our website, this calendar posts all official CPS events. It can also be used for paid advertising events. Paid advertising events will be listed as such and will be able to have a short title but linked to more information. Appropriate uses may be other conferences, educational symposiums, etc.

CPS E-Newsletter Advertising 

The Colorado Pharmacists Society provides members a bimonthly e-newsletter. The purpose of the e-newsletter is to share CPS-related events and news, member spotlights, and advocacy updates. The e-newsletter provides a cost-effective and simple method to advertise your company to our members.
